The DOX 35 is the Doser of this Series. The delivery temperature is only measured and shown on the display. The structure is in ABS 4 and 5mm thick.

The DOMIX 35 is a Water Doser –Mixer with automatic thermostatic mixing. Structure in stainless steel, 1,5mm thick Microprocessor logic with permanent memory. Internal fittings in bronze, brass and stainless steel.

The DOMIX 45A has an automatic by-pass for draining of water not at set temperature, which can be controlled thermostatically or by time. The device has the double function of doser and microdoser: it is possible to set either large batches (up to 999,9l) at a resolution of tenth of litre, or small batches (up to 99,99l) at a resolution of centesimal of litre.

The DOMIX 45 is a Doser-Mixer, similar to the DOMIX 45 A, except for the automatic by-pass, substituted by a manual ball-tap and the lack of the micro-dosing function. The DOX 45 is the Doser of the 45 Series. The delivery temperature is only measured and shown on the display.

MODEL A/RDA200
They are designed to decrease the water temperature from +18°C to +3°C, required by the doughs to make the following working processes easier. They are completely built in stainless steel Aisi AISI 304 18/10 with tank capacity from 100 to 1000 Lts., operated by refrigerant R404a, cooling coil with stainless steel tubes dipped in the tank. A surge tank pump is included in the standard supply, starting automatically as the water cock opens and self-stopping as it closes. The temperature control takes place through a digital thermostat, while the uniformity of the water temperature is guaranteed by the circulation pump, that prevents ice formation. The range of chillers series Acquario RDA is completed by installation of the metering unit model HIDRA, or of the mixing / metering device model GEMMA.

MODEL RRC 35
They are designed to decrease quickly the water temperature from +18°C to +3°C, required by the doughs to make easier the following working processes. They are completely built in stainless steel Aisi AISI 304 18/10 with a powerful compressor operated by refrigerant R404a, cooling coil with stainless steel tubes dipped in the tank. The temperature control takes place through a digital thermostat, while the uniformity of the water temperature is guaranteed by the circulation pump, that prevents ice formation. The range of chillers series Quartz RRC is completed by the possibility of heating and proportioning the water thanks to a built-in metering system, as well as controlling the required temperature and quantity thanks to an easily programmable electronic board. They are also available in the following versions:

• indirect water cooling
• freon and water exchange double transfer system
• ice melting with direct connection to the hydric net without the usage of the autoclave pump.

El refinador automatico es el resultado de la pràctica madurada en el sector de la panificaciòn; por eso, después de muchos años de perfeccionamientos progresivos, podemos preciarnos de una maquina excepcionalmente robusta, que puede trabajar masas de pan blandas o duras. La estructura de la maquina es en acero cortado con laser, doblado, electrosoldado y barnizado con polvo epoxìdico. Los rodillos, la cabeza y el carro son en acero inox. Durante el trabajo la masa pasa a través de los 3 rodillos, luego un carro especial la recoge. Una siguiente rotaciòn de 90° vuelve a llevar la masa sobre la cinta de carga para empezar un nuevo ciclo. El refinador automàtico es dotado de 2 botònes de regulaciòn: el primero, situado en còmoda posiciòn, regula el espesor requerido de la masa; el segundo sirve para adaptar la maquina a la consistencia de la masa. La maquina tiene 2 temporizadores para regular el carro y para bloquear en automàtico el trabajo una vez vencido el tiempo programado por el operador. Maquina montada sobre ruedas (2 ruedas con freno).
