MODEL A/RDA200

They are designed to decrease the water temperature from +18°C to +3°C, required by the doughs to make the following working processes easier. They are completely built in stainless steel Aisi AISI 304 18/10 with tank capacity from 100 to 1000 Lts., operated by refrigerant R404a, cooling coil with stainless steel tubes dipped in the tank. A surge tank pump is included in the standard supply, starting automatically as the water cock opens and self-stopping as it closes.
The temperature control takes place through a digital thermostat, while the uniformity of the water temperature is guaranteed by the circulation pump, that prevents ice formation. The range of chillers series Acquario RDA is completed by installation of the metering unit model HIDRA, or of the mixing / metering device model GEMMA.

MODEL RRC 35
They are designed to decrease quickly the water temperature from +18°C to +3°C, required by the doughs to make easier the following working processes.
They are completely built in stainless steel Aisi AISI 304 18/10 with a powerful compressor operated by refrigerant R404a, cooling coil with stainless steel tubes dipped in the tank.
The temperature control takes place through a digital thermostat, while the uniformity of the water temperature is guaranteed by the circulation pump, that prevents ice formation. The range of chillers series Quartz RRC is completed by the possibility of heating and proportioning the water thanks to a built-in metering system, as well as controlling the required temperature and quantity thanks to an easily programmable electronic board.

- ice melting with direct connection to the hydric net without the usage of the autoclave pump
