Reversible sheeter

The SF 500/600 reversible sheeters were specifically conceived considering the requirements of bakeries, pastries, hotels and restaurants. For industrial needs it is available the SF 6500 model, that allows to work bigger quantities of dough. In all the SF sheeters the conveyor tables can be raised up into a resting position, thereby occupying less space within the work area. This position also facilitates effective cleaning of the unit. The absence of uncovered and unprotected electrical components (like motor and cables), the special shape of exterior panels, the simple removing and replacing of dough scrapers, make this unit particularly easy and fast to clean. A re-designed handle, with a comfortable sliding system, permits to set the final dough thickness with a high degree of accuracy and confidence.
