This machine has its main body made of structural steel-work, it is equipped with a safety grate made of stainless steel, and its head section has a special thermoformed and shockproof plastic cap. All the kinematical-motion components are of special steel; transmission gears are made of nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel, they are located in iron casting, working in oil-bath, and rectified to support heavy and long work cycles. All these special attentions paid to mechanical feature make this machine sturdy, reliable and silent. Particular care of safety norms has also been taken. The solid safety grate has a special lifting and stopping system, to maintain it in the up position. The machine is endowed with a quick tool-stopping system. Once the machine is turned off, the tool rotation stops according to CE safety directives.
