Automatic Dough Sheeter

The automatic dough sheeter, an exceptionally sturdy machine, is suitable for different types of soft and firm bread dough. This machine has its structure made of laser-cut, folded and electro-welded steel, finished in epoxy powder paint. Cylinders, head and carriage are made of stainless steel.
During the working, the dough passes through three rollers, and then it is collected by a special carriage. A subsequent rotation of 90° places the dough on the belt again, in order to start a new working cycle.
The machine is equipped with two adjusting levers: the first one, conveniently positioned, regulates the dough thickness; the second one fits the machine to the dough consistency.
The machine has two timers to adjust the carriage and to stop kneading automatically after the working time set by the operator.
It is equipped with wheels, two of which are fitted with brakes.
