With this end in view, in 2007 we established the GLOBAL ONE project, which draws on our decades of experience in the field of bread-making. The objective is straightforward: to transform a sales outlet, or complete bakery department, into an efficient profit centre, by providing scrupulous assistance covering all stages from planning and design to the moment the bread comes out of the oven.

The typical sequence of services offered by Global One is as follows:

  • Ristrutturazione e rinnovo del punto vendita o comparto (canale GDO) con soluzioni progettuali personalizzate di arredo, design e impiantistica specifica.

  • Analisi del punto vendita (rotazione prodotti, tecniche di marketing, visual merchandising, varietà e attinenze merceologiche, politiche di pricing e posizionamento distintivo).
  • Assistenza e supporto nell’analisi dell’assortimento prodotti ed eventuali integrazioni.
  • Progetti dedicati al completamento dell’offerta tradizionale, abbinando e implementando nuove aree di business.

  • Assistenza come parte integrante del servizio e si rivolge non solo alla parte tecnica; su richiesta vengono infatti fornite schede personalizzate che vanno a regolamentare procedure, personale, turni, manutenzione impianti, e controllo qualità.

  • Drafting of a detailed business plan based on data supplied by the customer, and indicating the objectives to be achieved.

  • Delivery service, techniques for minimum stock and inventory management.

  • TECHNOLOGY
  • Optimisation or modernisation of equipment. Identification of problems in the production process and proposal of effective, immediate and practical solutions.

  • PRODUCTIVITY AND TRAINING
  • Training of bakery staff with a view to optimising traditional production processes: identification of the bakery’s limitations in terms of production, and provision of assistance or customised solutions to overcome shortages of specialised personnel, improve the service provided and optimise the department’s profitability.
