The side combustion chamber, combined with the fume recirculation duct, makes it possible to exploit the heating power to the full and features two oven openings, one for liquid and gaseous fuel and the other (located at the front with ashpan) for solid fuels.
Manual fume shutter supplied as standard (on request, automatic fume shutter).
The standard digital unit permits:
- Controlling temperature by means of a probe located directly in the chamber. The oven also features
a safety probe, located in the combustion fume outlet.
- Timed steam supply for each single chamber, by means of solenoid valves.
- Automatic weekly/daily oven ignition.
- Baking time alarm setting.
- Switching on lights inside chambers.
Possibility of installing an electromechanical control unit featuring selectors.
The indirect heating system consists of extra-thick Mannesmann pipes (dia.35), L-shaped to permit the adjustment of each single pipe, thereby ensuring the uniform distribution of heat and the perfect thermal balance of the chambers.
To provide maximum safety, the pipes are sealed using a special exclusive casting process.
The combustion chamber is made completely of masonry - high-density refractory brick able to withstand temperatures of up to 1.400°C to optimise the accumulation of heat.
The fume recirculation duct, located in the upper part of the oven, consists of prefabricated panels made of high-density refractory material.
This offers numerous advantages:
-Large fuel saving.
-Very reliable and stable baking
