With the Controller Lievistop PRO
the following functions (or cycles) can be managed automatically:
- Cycle and time for blast chilling -10°C.
- Cycle and time for conservation -2 +5°C adjustable with temperature and relative humidity control.
- Cycle and time for pre-proving with temperature and relative humidity control.
- Cycle and time for proving with control of the temperature and of the relative humidity.
- Cycles can be programmed for: 12 - 24 - 48 - 72 hours.
Synoptic controller, has been expressly created for the maximum visibility, even at a certain distance of the cycles and indipendently from the state in which your product is. Its intuitive graphics allows the easy and instant control of all the functions and immediately alerts you about any anomalies which could occur, by means of alarms, thus to guarantee you a controlled process inside your retarder-prover.
Cycle and time for baking delay up to a maximum of 10 hours depending on the kind of product which has been introduced with temperature and relative humidity control.

- Fermentation (or conservation) at variable time with temperature and relative humidity control.
- Refrigeration and conservation (without blast chilling) with temperature and relative humidity control.
- Pre-proving, continuous proving from +15°C to +40°C with temperature and relative humidity control.

humidity.
